Updating you on our orders 17.12.23 From 14th December we stopped taking orders for Christmas delivery and we are continuing to work through any outstanding orders! Repost: back in February we launched our range of prime inspired giftware. We knew you'd love it but we didn't really know what we were getting ourselves in for 🤣To date we have sold over 1000 prime gift sets, over 600 lunchbag sets, over 600 backpacks , hundreds of insulated tumblers and so much more. We've been blown away by the support and feedback left for us and we are feeling pretty exhausted after all those orders So it really saddened us when we discovered yesterday that an unscrupulous seller has been screenshotting every prime product we sell since April and then attempting to resell them as their own. Not only does their finished product look absolutely nothing like ours, their products also don't include some of the items we make because they are unable to make them 😔 we tried to reach out to the seller yesterday but unfortunately we were threatened and then blocked (we've managed to screenshot all this for evidence) Many people don't realise that digitally recreating the designs takes a lot of work, and that's before we even put that design onto the product you see for sale- it's why our products look exactly as pictured and we have years of experience in using the equipment we do. So to that seller- it may be just a picture to you, but it's actually our work, it's the digital licences we hold, the hours we spend designing, creating , and the endless hours making and photographing. This month we've processed over 600 orders- all hand made and personalised, working from the early hours until the early hours the following day. Every order dispatched on time, 7 days a week.
